Bug Description
If a K-application is in full screen mode, the "topmost control element" doesn't work for the mouse.
For example:
The buttons and textfields of Konquerors toolbars don't work when konqueror is in full screen mode. They are not "clickable", not sensitive for the mouse. Activating them via the TAB key works fine as well as typing something into the text fields (location or search string).
Another example:
If Kmail is in full screen mode, the menu bar is not clickable, but focusable by keyboard shortcuts. If it's activated by keyboard, the mouse starts to work.
I'm using a fresh Karmic Koala.

Please install qt-recordmydesktop and make a screencast of the behaviour. Also... how do you get kmail to full screen?
