apport spontaneously generates unhelpful bug reports [WAS: A kde4libs bug that apport wants to report]

I have no idea what the problem is - but apport suddenly spent a long time doing disk I/O and then wanted me to report this bug. I hope from apport's information someone can figure out what the issue is and update the summary.
