Please sync webalizer 2.01.10-32.6 (universe) from Debian squeeze (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu change "libdb-dev transition" is now in debian

Changelog entries since current lucid version 2.01.10-32.5ubuntu1:

webalizer (2.01.10-32.6) unstable; urgency=low

  * NMU
  * Switch build dependency to libdb-dev (>= 4.7). closes: #517286.
