i can't connect

I can't connect. no way. when i connect, for a few secionds, it always opens a new window "add this computer" and start loading... and so on

first of all, thank you very much for your report. Sadly, we need more information to be able to diagnose. Could you please attach the syncdaemon.log file located at ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log
