Bug Description
Binary package hint: kat
Installed kat 0.6.3 from universe, installed all necessary recommended (optional) packages except lyxhtml and pointed it to /home/documents for creating the fist catalog.
This gave an infinite crash/relaunch of a kded instance with Sig 11 message (no bugtrace obtainable). The sig 11 messages accumulate on the desktop. A killall kat won't stop it, disabling kded from within kcontrol drives the respective kcontol module unresponsive. The cycle-crash madness stops when kat gets purged via synaptic.
Tried it twice.
This is an ugly bug for KDE users that don't want to use Beagle/Kerry (and kat usually finds much more because it indexes _directly_ e.g. OOorg documents and *.doc in fulltext when the optional packages are installed.

I compiled kat 0.6.4 from sources, but it acted as mentioned above.
