capabilities mismatch is shown too many times

Bug Description

We currently have a notification that is shown when a capabilities mismatch happens while connecting to the server.

This notifications shows up twice when connecting, and then once more when exiting, and that is too much.

I suspect a simple bug where the code path triggering the notification is being run more than expected. The notification should only be shown once per connect attempt, and not shown again when exiting.

Also, the capabilities mismatch message should be adjusted to better reflect that a client upgrade may be needed (feel free to split this part into a separate bug).

I have this "capabilities mismatch with server" all the time, and the Icon in panel is "!".

Also I thing UbuntuOne do not work at all ?!

I use U 9.10.

What is wrong ?

a few days back my u1 client on Lucid stopped to synchronize with the message:
$ u1sdtool -s
State: CAPABILITIES_MISMATCH
    connection: With User With Network
    description: capabilities mismatch
    is_connected: False
    is_error: True
    is_online: False
    queues: WORKING_ON_BOTH

Several other clients (on Precise or even the android client) for the same account works fine.
