Binary package hint: gnome-panel

New Karmic install.
A few days ago I added the System Monitor to the bottom panel to look into high CPU usage.
This evening I removed the SysMon while Karmic was still finishing the last bits of booting and it crashed with the error above.

I see that the is an outstanding bug #/259669 but that's for Jaunty so I've listed this a new one.
