Bug Description
The video shown playing DVDs/other video files is "washed out" - contrast bad, and whites seem too white. The effect is easily seen by taking a screenshot - the screenshots saved by Totem have the _correct_ sort of colouring.
I tried to illustrate by doing a "take screenshot" using Gnome but the video bit just comes out blue. So the best I could do was physically take a picture with my camera. I will attach the photo. The image on the left is saved with Totem's Edit -> Take Screenshot. The image on the right is how it appears when Totem is playing it.
