hi , i am using empathy and gmail account. i can not send a file to another person who having account in gmail and using empathy....

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

telepathy does not support gtalk file transfer for more info read http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/wiki/Protocols%20Support
