missing "Report a Problem"

Bug Description

this is a global bug of whole ubuntu system

in help you write find in Help menu Report a Problem
or execute ubuntu-bug <package>

bug NO menu Report a Problem is at all setting at System\Settings or System\Administration

and you cannot find exact package name, because executed windows from Settings or Administration arenot in process manager

i.e. I have bug in "Připojení k síti" (english: Net settings) but I have no change to find package name or report bug !!!

see enclosure and say me where to find Report a Problem hahaha

lack of information... when you ask nothing you get nothing

so try this... and may be understand problem of missing button "Report problem"

see enclosure

and find button "Report problem" ... oh no, you didn't find any ???

try execute Terminal and type ubuntu-bug and now package name ... oh no, you did known right package name... what did you see on picture...

and now say me, who could anybody report bug in Menu\System or Menu\Preferences ???
