Need to take off the "Table" tab as well since it's the only function of that view anyways.

Needed an excuse to make sure I could check stuff into the repository :-) so I fixed this bug. Modified the Home.jsp file so that the tabs are commented out, then created a new shorter version of the horizontal spacer GIF used to render the top of the table view so that we wouldnt be left with a big white space (bg_tab_row_low.gif in who_gho/war/images) and modified the CSS file (who-gho-tab-buttons.css) so that it uses the new horizontal spacer and reduced the height of the area (I commented out what was already there instead of just deleting it so that it would be easier to put the tabs back in later)
