I can't even get to the point I see a license.

Using this software site:
https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

I tried to install:
    Android DDMS 0.9.4.v200910220141-17704
    Android Development Tools 0.9.4.v200910220141-17704

But got this error:

The original problem appears to be a duplicate of #445009 (Seg. fault in libpango [1]). Try looking at that bug and see if the workaround for that works.

@kvdb: Your problem seems to be that you are missing an update site or two. Have you tried adding
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo ?

adding http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo to the update sites fixed this problem!
