go home applet unusable with german language

If i install the german language pack with language-selector the go home applet is now really unuseable, because text is printing at top of other text and icons - and most symbols arn't clickable anymore.

installed version: fresh 9.10 UNR

Timo, why have you assigned this bug to our translation team? Is there anything we can do about it?

Furthermore, I can't reproduce any unusual behaviour using the latest ISO, so I guess it is fixed for lucid anyway … Could you please check that?

I used UNR on a Dell Mini 9 for a couple of month. Although I admit that the tooltip of the »Go Home« applet is quite long I didn't any disadvantages in using UNR. If nobody else can reproduce this bug I would suggest to close this bug as invalid.

Nope the bug is still present with the current ubuntu 9.10 UNR. But the problem is only under the "Service" part, where you should come to synaptics etc. Unfortnuately the laptop isn't persent at the moment so i can't take a screenshot.
