Firefox crashes when go to ta.rbc.ru

Binary package hint: j2re1.4-mozilla-plugin

I am using Ubuntu Dapper AMD64. I am trying to view applet at http://ta.rbc.ru/. When I go there firefox crashes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml
2. Wait for the Java applet to load;
3. It loads fine but if you hover the mouse over it, firefox crashes. Traceback attached with full log.

This could be reproduced in Dapper and Edgy AMD64.

Simple http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml crashes firefox as well. The trick is to move mouse on applet several times.

Hi Maxim,

I have the same problem using Edgy with a Sempron 64.

I've edited your bug description and added your crash report as an attachment. It's better to keep big logs as attached files.

I don't believe this is a firefox bug. More likely to be some problem with java for amd64

We have not received any duplicates for some time. Thus, this crash was likely due to some unique plugin extension combination or has been fixed in the meantime. Please, reopen it at any time if you have more related info.
