team names in URLs should be escaped properly

Bug Description
Right now we have to deal with URLs like "....../teams/Equip oficial d'ubuntaires" - this is less than ideal - I suggest we either use the LP ID of the team or escape the name.

Actually... this is critical. It also prevents users from changing any data. The POST fails.
