Users&Groups: Small error in group handling

Bug Description

When the primary group is changed, and it is not already in the secondary groups list, it does not become visible without closing and re-opening the 'User Account' window.

Steps to reproduce:
System Settings => Users and groups => (admin mode) => Modify a user.
User Account Window:
Change primary group.
Click "select" for Secondary groups.
Original primary group is not in the list.

Workaround:
After changing the primary group, click "ok", then re-open the "User Account" window, and select secondary groups, or type group name in manually.

This is still a problem in Feisty final. Tested it today on a completly up to date system
