Bug Description
Pretty much the same issue as Bug #39901, but filing a diff one for tracking purposes.
evince menus have "&Affichage" and "&Aide". It should be as in firefox, with "&Affichage" and "Ai&de".

Fixed in Hardy. Mnemonics are still inconsistent between Ubuntu programs. It should be worked on some day.
