Bug Description

Happens every time I restore from suspend. The screen shows a non-moving version of the screensaver (perhaps just the state that it was in when it went to sleep?) I have to goto the console screen (CTL+ALT+F1) and back to the X display and then I get the login window. I have no idea what is to blame (kernel, driver, userland, etc?)

Hi electricchris,

The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a 5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded. Based on your dmesg output I see PM: resume devices took 11.132 seconds. I'm setting this to traiged for further investigation. Thanks!
