Bug Description

It is so far unclear how to reliably determine the possible languages on a specific OS and give those as a choice...

We know of this problems and are determining at the moment how to solve that

this should be fixed before release of v0.7

should php hold this information?
does one just have to define the different .MO and .PO files for languages to work?

possibly just define simple text file with supported language
(eg. en,de,fr) once the .mo and .po have been generated or even better, read existing .mo
files in l10n directories to determine supported languages...
