Solang crashed after loading NEF files

Binary package hint: solang

I was trying to load NEF files (Nikon raw format) in Solang. Solang loaded them, without managing to actually display them, and when I tried to click on one of the images to edit it, it crashed.
I'm using the solang package supplied in the Karmic repos.
