i can't install ubuntu on my pc

hi. I have 2 systems on my pc which are win 7 and XP. And i want to install ubuntu without other systems are not crash. and i make a partition,about 16 gb, for ubuntu. when i install ubuntu on windows 7/XP Installation started but not finished. Installation send to me a log report. Then i try to install ubuntu boot from cd. Installation started and finished. But when i reboot my pc ubuntu was not appear to boot menu. my installation cd was correct.

Ubuntu hakkında verdiğiniz türkçe linkler öldüğü için yarım ingilizcemle yukarıda sorunu anlatmaya çalıştım ama umarım bir çevirmeniniz vardır ve yukarıda tam anlatamadığım sorunumu burada anlatabilirim;
Bilgisayarımda win 7 ve Xp işletim sistemleri mevcut. ubuntu için 16 gb başka bir alan açarak diğer işletim sistemlerine zarar vermeden kurmak istedim. windows 7/xp açıkken kurmaya çalışırken yüklem başladı lakin sonuna doğru bir hata verdi.şuan xp de olamdığımdan hata raporunu gönderemiyorum. Sonrasında kurulum cd sinde boot yaparak ubuntuyu kurdum bu seferde açılışta ki işletim sistemi seçimi menüsünde ubuntu yoktu. bu sorunun sebibi ne olabilir acaba? Yardımcı olabilir misiniz?
