Bug Description

Europe1 is a French radio accessible in radiotime webpage.

Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Radiotime > Countries > France

Expected result: Europe1 is included in the list.

Current result: Europe1 is not included.

This one may pose some problems. Radiotime does not allow to list all stations in one go.

We'd have to iterate either over the list of cities or letters.

Mind you, this is already done to get a list of countries (iterating over a list of continents), but here we'd have up to a fifty or so requests to Radiotime's servers.
