Kpdf tries to open URLs in Bluefish

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kpdf
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Ubuntu (not Kubuntu)
2. Install kpdf
3. Open a pdf document with a URL in it
4. Click the url
And bluefish will try to open it instead of firefox. This is probably easily workaroundable but should be fixed out of the box.

Good evening,
I am working on triaging some bugs and noticed the last update from this bug was in 2006. I am wondering if you are still having problems with KPDF trying to open URLs in Bluefish? Can you please update this bug to reflect the current status. Also if you are still having problems with this, please make sure your system is current and updated. If you are still expereienceing problems, please include the version of KPDF you are using along with the version of Kubuntu you are using.
