Bug Description

I just upgraded from 9.04 server to 9.10 server. Everytime I start my machine it stops responding after about 10 minutes. No ping, no ssh, no tty. This continued after a fresh install. Nothing apparent happened while tailing /var/log/messages or watching dmesg.

My machine is a Dell Dimension 3000 with a pentium 4 3GHz and 512M RAM. I have 2 HDDs (160G IDE (ext4, swap), 300G IDE ext3) and one IDE DVD ROM. This is on a LAN where my switch/router is a WRT54GS running the latest MEGA version of DD-WRT with IPv6 enabled.

The packages installed are uShare and transmission-daemon. I tried stopping these but the issue persists.

This machine ran perfectly fine up until the upgrade.

What can I do to fix the problem or provide more information to help troubleshoot?

Hello
Is this problem present with the latest updated Karmic's or Lucid's packages?
Thanks in advance
Fabio
