Bug Description
GShare currently picks up a random port for it's FTP server. For people with iptables rules, this can be a problem so add some way for those people to set a fixed FTP port.
An idea is to add a gconf key where it's value is initialy 0. That will be used as a random port. If the key has a different value, use that instead.
To make it even easier, if the value is < 1024 then stick to a random port.
