Bug Description

When I doubleclick the hash next to the User Id label on the home tab, and then paste it into pidgin, I get:

  p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } 5ee06587a1e068c629166ab599d795d6df71b4c3

Interestingly, when pasting it into gvim I just get the hash.
Going out on a limb this might be because pidgin advertises
consuming html from X selections, and gvim would not.

This is ony Debian Lenny, likely relevant packages:

    ii libqt4-core 4.4.3-1 transitional package for Qt 4 core non-GUI r
    ii python-qt4 4.4.2-4 Python bindings for Qt4

I have gentoo with PyQt 4.5.4-r4 and qt 4.5.2. My paste gave only the user id hash, not the css. I tried in html form, pidgin and gvim. Maybe this problem is only with older version of Qt.
