Plugin cannot be localized

note:
Moovid has been translated in 9 languages,which includes Spanish.

Step to reproduce:
1. Launch moovida in Spanish language.
2. Go to Internet Media->Images->Pikeo.

Expected result:

the menu: Search,Most viewed, My Pikeo is translated in Spanish

Current result:
Menu is By default language- English.

This should be made into a task for other plugins as it is valid for most external ones.

There's one thing to be decided - will external plugins' translations be handled in lp:elisa translation project or as separate projects?

Pros:
- more translators
- centralized translation effort

Cons:
- some junk might land as a translation template
- a bit more difficult to see which core translation is ready

IMO using lp:elisa project would speed up the process considerably. At least all recommended plugins should have complete translations, as they are installed by default and the user experience suffers if translations are not ready.

Merging all external plugins' translations in the templates in https://translations.launchpad.net/moovida had already been proposed and has been tacitly agreed on (see https://www.moovida.com/wiki/RosettaProposedGuidelines#plugins-shipped-outside-of-moovida).
And some templates for external plugins are already imported there (e.g. vimeo).

As you point it out, it makes it a bit more difficult to see which core translation is ready, but it should be pretty easy to write a script that does the job for us, using launchpadlib.

I have prepared the plugin for localization (see http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~elisa-developers/elisa-plugin-pikeo/main/revision/16), and I have requested the template to be imported in the translations on LP.
