Bug Description

was using Synaptic Package Manager to re-install mythbuntu
on the latest ubuntu upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10 ubuntu

 "configuring mythbuntu-diskless-client"
'not able to install on regular ubuntu machine,
otherwise will crash system'

This is not a bug, the package tries to prevent you from damaginig your system, please see the package descriptions. to make use of these packages use the ltsp-build-client command with the proper options for a mythbuntu client to build a thin client environment in which these packages are installed automatically ...

Greetings Oliver,

Thank you very much. I was afraid i crashed the system upon seeing
the errors from synaptic manager. I am a newbie to Ubuntu/Mythbuntu,
system was up and running on 9.04,.. until i had the notion to upgrade
to 9.10 thus the errors install.- how do i build a "thin client environment"
correctly?... i won't install the diskless mythbuntu client...
