Bug Description
builder recipes currently have to manually specify the changelog
revision.
It would be awesome for trunk-tracking things to be able to float on top
of the official version.
e.g.
----
# bzr-builder format 0.2 deb-version {upstream}
lp:notify-osd
run ./autogen.sh
merge lp:~ubuntu-desktop/notify-osd/ubuntu
----
would pick the upstream version from debian/changelog
