problems with screenshots

Bug Description

whan i open the |Aplication / Places / System| menu on the top, the print screen button on the keyboard dont work. whan the menu is not open the screenshots work fine..
i wanted to show someone somthing on the menu but i cant...

(i use ubuntu dapper)

I don't know much about GNOME apps, so I'll recomend Ksnapshot. Just set the timer, open your menu, et voila! It should work.

you could also try gimp's file->aquire->screenshot
