plone3-site or zope-plone3 wont install due to depends problem

Bug Description
Binary package hint: zope-plone3
When I try to install plone3-site package I get the following error message.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
plone3-site: Depends: zope-plone3 (= 3.1.7-1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
If I try to install zope-plone3 I get the following error.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
zope-plone3: Depends: zope2.10 but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
I have tried to install these packages on both i386 and amd64 version of Ubuntu 9.10

Just ran into this problem myself. Narrowed it down to this:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
zope2.10: PreDepends: zope-common (>= 0.5.49) but it is not going to be installed
Karmic repositories have version 0.5.46ubuntu1 of zope-common package
