This is recurrence of same bug for me. This time was launching BBC iplayer in Firefox 3.5.4 (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB). Firefox was the only app open at the time.

This bug has recurred while launching BBC iplayer using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091028 Ubuntu/9.10 (karmic) Firefox/3.5.4.Firefox was only app open at the time.
