apt_check.py crashed with SIGSEGV in pkgCache::FindPkg()

Binary package hint: update-notifier

The update notifier failed to update the system, this problem doesn't exist since i've done an upgrade form 9.04 to 9.10 than the updater stop working and an error appears every time i want to update the system.
