This happens when I try to click on "Network" in Nautilus. When I click again on Network it shows the Icon "Windows-Network", and when I try to click on this it says that it can not receive the list from the server. I'm using Ubuntu Karmic with the newest Updates.
Thank you for helping.

Hello Tim,

Could you please give more information on your setup?

1. Is the computer you are trying to connect to turned on?

2. Is the file you are trying to access shared?

3. Do you have the correct permissions to access it?

Thank you.

Hi Yazen,
sorry for the late reply... This year starts with hard work :D
My laptop with which I experienced the error is at the moment on his trip to be repaired (this issue has nothing to do with the error). But I just saw that there's no Samba installed on the computer that i wanted to access xD I'm such an idiot :D
But why is the Device shown, when there's no Samba running on it? Is it possible to add a hint to the error message? e.g.: "Is the Samba Server correctly running on this device?"
Best regards,
Tim Sinthofen
