Hi, can you please try again with the latest lirc from zesty (a.k.a. upcoming 17.04 version), and set the status back to "new" in case you still experience such issue? /launchpad. net/~costamagna gianfranco/ +archive/ ubuntu/ costamagnagianf ranco-ppa
You can also try it from my ppa, where I backported it to xenial and yakkety releases (16.04 and 16.10)
