Bug Description
PHP memory could be set to more than 16M by default. 48M might be safer and imagecache recommends 96M.

It looks like we lost some configuration options when we started on a new base Ubuntu image. The shared memory size also got shrunk.
Thanks for pointing these out. We'll do a 0.71 early next week to update these options.
