Theme upside down when used on the top panel

I'm using GnoMenu on the top bar and when applying a theme the search bar, shutdown button and user picture get inverted meaning there on the top part of the theme and plus the shutdown buttons also are upside down and the user picture on the bottom
is it inverting the skin somewhow when i use it on top? how can i fix this? where to look if i want to try this myself?

let me know if you need a screen shot or something else.

oh by the way this happens with every theme I should have sent one with a default theme sorry about that.

This is not a bug GnoMenu purposely inverts the theme when its used from the top gnome-panel bar to keep from having issues with menu designs. In this case the user image would be an issue. The only real problem is that the lock and shutdown buttons are also upside down but thats because the one you see have been incorporated into the startmenu.png file and not seperate graphics.
