configuring applets on cairo dock, don't know more than that

Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins

I just noticed an icon at the top of screen, clicked on it and it sent report.
I upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 yesterday and was having trouble with cairo dock, but got it working.
I was configuring the weather applet when this happened. I still cannot see any temp. on the detached applet.
I did not notice that anything had happened.
