Hi Firwen,
I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. If you'd be willing to help us troubleshoot this issue further, I'd greatly appreciate it! In order to help us out, I'd need you to do the following:
1) Quit the Ubuntu One client >Accessories- >Terminal, then: ubuntuone/ log ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ log_old ubuntuone/ log ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf >Internet- >Ubuntu One ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon. log & ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon- exceptions. log
2) Applications-
mv ~/.cache/
mkdir ~/.cache/
3) Open (or create if it doesn't exist): ~/.config/
Add the following 2 lines to this file and save:
[__main__]
log_level = DEBUG
4) Applications-
5) Let Ubuntu One run for a bit and see if you receive any files, if you do, please let me know :-) If not, please attach the following logs to this bug: ~/.cache/
Thank you,
Joshua
