HTML files get opened in Firefox, instead of default browser

Bug Description

When I run System->Help->Ubuntu Book Excerpt it opens in a Firefox window.
After some further investigation, it seems that all html files get opened in Firefox, instead of my default browser (Epiphany). I think we should let html files get opened by gnome-www-browser, so that it would honor somebody's default browser.

Btw, this is on Ubuntu Dapper.
