Bug Description
I had previously put the Mythbuntu 9.10 Alpha 6 ISO on a 8GB USB stick with unetbootin (in Ubuntu Jaunty). Later I used unetbootin on the Mythbuntu box to overwrite the stick with the Ubuntu 9.10 Desktop release ISO. The stick still boots with the Mythbuntu logo and main menu, but the live CD and installer are Ubuntu 9.10 Desktop.
