Missing screen elements for cdripper in metallurgy theme

Bug Description

After standard upgrade from Mythbuntu Jaunty to Mythbuntu Karmic.

Selecting Import CD fails to load the ripper page. mythfrontend.log shows the error message in the subject line of this bug filing.

Naturally am happy to help with further debugging information.

I have the same problem when using metallurgy theme. However switching to Mythbuntu enable me to use the cd ripper.
