Bug Description
After upgrade, the click left ou right on the icons of the panel (menu or status bar) has no effect.

I can confirm this bug. After updating to 9.10 from 9.04 I am unable to use my panel (can't select any icons or select something from Applications, places, system). Reboot complains that panel is not responding. After reboot, problem persists.
Ideas?
