Bug Description

At the moment, on the new Upstream "Around The Library" section at the bottom of every page, it displays three separate entries regarding one event: creating a new account.

1) /people/DIANA was updated anonymously 5 minutes ago
2) /people/DIANA/permission was updated anonymously 5 minutes ago
3) /people/DIANA/usergroup was updated anonymously 5 minutes ago

These should be consolidated into one Recent Changes event, and labelled "{USERNAME}" opened a new Open Library account 5 minutes ago.

Looks like there's actually 4 separate entries. These need to be consolidated into one.

I've split the changes into 2 groups, one change by the user himself with comment "created new account" and another 3 changes by AccountBot with comment "setup new account". Since AccountBot is marked as bot, these changes will into Bot tab. I've also modified "around the library" template to ignore changes by bot. So only one entry will be displayed in "around the library" and recentchanges by people.

Saw that - good work.

If there's *any* way those 3 bots edits can be bundled for display that would make it perfect.
