Rosetta should display a link to the upstream page for a package

It would be so much easier to work with upstream if a link could be added to each package translation to the upstream web-page (if any).

For example
* gnome-system-tools should link to http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gnome-system-tools/
* iso-15924 to http://translationproject.org/domain/iso_15924.html

That's kind of possible already: links can be added into a description of a POTemplate. One should talk to the Ubuntu Translations Coordinators (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-translations-coordinators) to help them add more of those links.

As for smarter linking we'll want more automatic handling of such upstream links, but it's not something this bug would sufficiently cover.
