Bug Description

Ubuntu Software Center 1.0.2, Ubuntu 9.10

When you have selected multiple items to install it would be nice to adjust the order of the items. Drag and drop to reorder was what I tried first, but a "move up" button could work too.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter#tasks-reordering>: "For any task in the “Progress” screen that has not yet begun (or that, if parallel downloading has been implemented, has started downloading but not yet installing), mousing over the list item should produce a grabbing-hand cursor. If you drag the row up or down, the rows for other unstarted tasks should scoot out of the way to show where the dragged row would end up if dropped. As a keyboard equivalent, Ctrl Up and Ctrl Down should, when possible, make the selected task swap places with the previous or next task respectively."

[This bug report previously also covered a "Pause" function, which has since been covered separately by bug 584687.]
