Bug Description
I moved from Windows to Ubuntu probably 3 years ago, and I can remember my largest complaint was when using Firefox (or any maximized window) with a vertical scrollbar, I couldn't simply move my mouse all the way to the right screen edge and just "get a feel" for where the scrollbar is. Instead, I have to look where my mouse is in relation to the scrollbar and then click on it. There's about a 3px gap between the scrollbar and the edge of the screen.
This obviously is not a volatile bug but I think this would help the ease of use by letting people focus their attention on what they're looking at, not the scrollbar.
