Ubuntu One doesn't seem to work at all

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

- No syncing when I put a file in Ubuntu One Folder
- the client doesn't connect to the cloud and shows a "Disconnected" icon in the tray
- "Open Folder" command in the client's menu doesn't work
- if I try to open One Folder through the Ubuntu main menu (Places -> Ubuntu One), I get an error: "No application is registered as handling this file"

The current version of the Ubuntu One client is 1.0.2-0ubuntu2. Try running Update Manager and restarting the client software (or log-out/in) and see if that fixes the issue.
