Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

Since updating to Ubuntu 9.10 I have following problem with Compiz Version 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu2:

With Compiz activated none of the ctrl+ Keycombination (e.g. ctrl+c, ctrl+x) does work after boot.
Compiz own keycombinations in gnome-compatibility does work, ctrl+ menu opens a terminal in my ettings.

When I restart compiz with "compiz --replace" or via Fusion-Icon everything works

Thanks for the report, it has been some time without any response or feedback in this bug report and we are wondering if this is still an issue for you with the latest release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal, May you please test with that version and comment back if you're still having or not the issue? Please have a look at http://www.ubuntu.com/download to know how to install that version. Thanks in advance and sorry for the late response.

Since there are two new Versions of Ubuntu in between and myself getting a new Laptop, this bug doesn't affect me anymore.
