"Hibernation" and "Suspend" options in PowerManagement doesn't work

Bug Description

There is no change in "logout" menu in Gnome after remove a "halt" option by Ubuntu-tweak. I use to leave a hibernation option, but "halt" is not a needed.

There is still "halt" option in "logout menu".
I disabled it before, then reboot. But it still there.
